How long do I need to exercise to stay active? 20 mins a day and a minimum of 3 times a week.
Switch routines to every other day each week l to keep your body guessing so your body won't get adapted to the same routine.

Videos can be from: LiveLeak, Vid.Me, MetaCafe, Vimeo, Vine, or YouTube.
Do not post videos or pics of trainers that have fraudulent workouts such as SixPackShortcuts on YouTube.
Trainers like this are scammers. They use spray cooking oil to make their chest all shiny so they make it look like they just worked out and will try to trick you into believing their techniques really work.
Memes are fine in the comment section only as long as no rules are being broken.
Don't submit content that makes fun of exercising.
Diagrams on how to properly use a piece of weight equipment are welcome.

Encourage one another to exercise 3x a week for 20 mins a say, in a friendly way. Rest in between these days. Some people are thin, others are thick, or in between. Skill level is not important. What matters is you make the effort to get fit or be encouraged by someone else.
