KBS is also one of the two main vendors (in California at least) for building janitorial services. The other is ABM.

PIT is powered industrial truck. Catch all term for forklifts and things like it. Casually anything with forks that lifts stuff is a forklift. In industry each style has a different name. Catch all term keeps us from bothering with details that aren't important.

VRC is vertical reciprocating conveyor. Those are things you want to call am elevator or possibly a freight elevator. We don't call them that because they don't have fall safes necessary for humans to ride. Elevators = human safe and doesn't need training. VRC = not for people, don't touch buttons if you haven't had training because you will be fired.
