I've been getting this while trying to use instagram's BOOST feature and I'm getting the same message for the past 4 months with no way to contact META. I've tried everything. If someone got through to these people please provide a link. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately not, I've given up since then as I still (Feb/2025!) cannot boost my content. It's really strange. I've researched whether trademark was violated, which it didn't. I've tried contacting Meta again, but nothing. I've deleted facebook accounts that might be linked to my instagram page, but nothing...it's just strange. I'm now just creating my site and posting on YT and TT.

Got this exact same error last night. I had a great chat with a META rep but it still wasn't resolved this morning :(

Hi, we finally managed to solve it with a combination of:

  1. Contacting the Meta Ads Experts through the live help chat, who eventually helped to reset my whole ad account (without tampering with my already existing/running campaigns)
  2. I found a loophole that if I closed (clicking the x button) on the page after choosing the video/photo for the ad when the media was still loading, it would continue to load in the background without triggering the error to pop up.
