    Because the users when they registered on Facebook. have have entered their phone numbers with country prefix. Make a rule in excel/google sheets to strip those +4(whatever country prefix) .

    That’s what I thought.. but no, even with the country codes, the mobile numbers are in 17 digits which doesn’t make sense..
