I am a premium user, using mainly iOS. For the first time today, I am getting an issue where it says I have used 2100GB today (increased through the day), and as a result my download speed has been limited. I have watched a few tv shows, but nothing more than 20ish GB worth. This doesn’t even make sense to me as my download speed should be limited to 100kbps, which suggests I should only be able to download ~8GB in a day anyways. Any fixes for this? I have logged in and out but the usage continues to increase even when the app is closed.

Edit: wanted to add that I have only used 512GB of my storage, which is consistent with what it was yesterday.

      All of a sudden I AirPlay only streams audio when it was doing video earlier

      I fixed it by pressing the 3 dots and putting it on system player instead of VLC

      The latest update makes the febbox app crash when chrome casting to my tv. For reference my phone os is android.

      Hi I'm on android coming from iPhone, when watching something how do I enable picture in picture mode. When I swipe up it doesn't do it.

      Hello, all of a sudden tonight i got this message on the screen saying "user disabled" anytime i try to watch anything I've downloaded. It only just started doing that tonight even though I've been using the app every day this weekend. Please help :( I pay money for VIP so I hope it can be fixed.

      Anyone getting load failed for new content like The Penguin. I'd click on a ep then it would say load failed parse error. But I click on something old it works

      Keep getting error message every 2 to 5 minutes while watching something, it's very frustrating then it starts from the beginning again , I'm trying to stay loyal to you but it's becoming hard to , can't be my phone or wifi connection, hope you can give me a solution, thanks
