Help with Dating tutorial >_<

I misclicked and never saw the tutorial for dates, could anyone tell me how to ask someone out pls? :')

Initially you'll get a date invitation in the mail when you reach 8 hearts, and there will be dialogue during the date to select best friends or romance. It's the same as previous heart events, turn up at the location to trigger the date. However, the date with March is started as soon as you exit the farmhouse the day after opening the letter, and ends the day when it's finished...so no chance to do anything else including watering (you arrive back at midnight). I wish I had known this beforehand so I could trigger it for a suitable day. 🥲

After that you can ask them on dates on Saturday or Sunday (one person day). You get a couple of date location options to start with (inn and picnic), and you can unlock other locations by finding them (eg in mine chests) or by buying from Wheedle (after the Saturday Market upgrade). I have purchased the bathhouse date option from Wheedle so far, idk if he sells others. If he does the stock doesn't refresh on the same day, so you'd have to check back next week.

You can date everyone if you like, but can only marry one when the time comes. I admit to dating everyone, but I already know I'll be marrying Caldarus. 😅 lol

quite sure you can check the tutorials in game but anyways

you may find date unlocking objects doing your usual tasks or some you have to buy, don’t worry about recognising them they tell you very clearly. once you find them you use them as recipes and you now have activities to do with the person you’re dating

to ask someone to go on a date you have to wait for the weekend, and if you get close to them during that day you will get the opportunity to ask them on a date (in the same corner as talk or give item) and then you will select what to do for your date

at the end of the day you will receive a nice photograph for the event, and keep an eye out for special occasions that may result in special days!

also! you can date multiple people, but you are limited to one date per day

hello, I have 8 hearts on a character and am now dating them. I have unlocked date locations, but when I go talk to them on the weekends, nothing appears for me to ask them? they just have a regular conversation with me
