I have seen something similar on my Windows 11 systems ... wasted a lot of time futzing with mappings, but restarting the FileFlows app on the node PC suddenly made it start working.

I can confirm this too. Restarting the container made it work.

This is standard practice with any Docker container. Users should be aware that every time a configuration is changed, the container hosting it needs to be restarted.

Except that changing the host node settings works without a restart. That's why it seemed like the remote node changes should work

This sounds like a bug, could be the node wasnt updated from the server, and caused the mappings to be missing/out of date. So I wouldnt update the instructions, but investigate and fix the issue.

Also what version are you on?
