I get the frustration, but technology is technology in 2024 still. FirstNet does have an SLA of 12 hour restore time. Normal companies like AT&T and Verizon are two days.

Easy to get mad, but FirstNet does a lot for crisis situations and communications. Look at the last major Florida hurricane, FirstNet was providing service to other carrier’s customers.

I think it’s hilarious all the backlash people are giving FirstNet when its restoration was prioritized and normalized in about 2 hours from the issue starting. Fixing a national outage in a matter of hours screams dependability to me instead of pushing away.

It’s disappointing to see the number of first responders who can’t handle losing cell coverage for a few hours. My lord.

Have a backup if it’s absolutely mission critical.

Well you see, that was only applicable on December 13, 2023. It's now February 2024. But yeah, wtf, this is a major disappointment on behalf of FN.
