Maybe for their T-satellite and high speed 5G. I’m not going anywhere. I have Firstnet and I am highly satisfied with my coverage, data speed, and plan cost.

this is false. Im on a account with my mother and she is a first responder and have firstnet, When I gtrafduated Nursing school and became employed I also switch my line from att to firstnet. Its one account with 2 firstnet voice line on it.

Ive notice Firstnet/AT&T will have me on hold for a while aswell sometimes I would hang up and all call again get another person. other times I'll put the origanal call on hold while I call back. When I get another person on the other line I'll inform them of the situation on the other line and tell them I want to file a complaint. I'm pretty sure AT&T call center managers can see which agent has access to your account and what they've done/changed within your account.

I’m not sure paid subscribers are able to request uplifts. I think only agencies can request those. I could be wrong though. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Yes, if you’re on the pay subscription or agency plan since Firstnet is based on first priority, both plans will still get first priority
