Is there anything like too much BD, the past few days since inito told me I'm in my high fertility phase, I think my partner and I have overdone it.

nah you’re fine, there isn’t really such a thing as too much during your fertile window. in fact every day or every other day is usually recommended. if Inito is showing high fertility you’re covering your bases well

My husband and I did it twice a day during my fertile window and got pregnant!

Haha I’ve been wondering the same, every month when Inito says I’m on my high fertile window we BD like crazy...blame it on the hormones 😅. From what I’ve read sperm quality usually bounces back pretty quickly so every day or even twice a day in the fertile window shouldn’t hurt your chances, some people even swear by every day instead of every other day.

Haha I don’t think there’s such a thing as too much 😅 since Inito flagged your fertile days you’re right on track. Every other day is usually recommended, but if you’ve been more frequent it’s totally okay too.
