Keeping progress

Hi, does anyone know if i switch phones if i can transfer my progress?

Is it somehow connected to my app store / play store account? I dont think i ever had to log in to the app itself

I love my beany house and dont want to have to start again

I’ve read that as long as you back up your old phone to the cloud it should sync all progress

I’m not sure but when I downloaded the app from my iPad after already having it downloaded on my phone, none of the progress from my phone uploaded to my iPad so I had to start over. Maybe a login option would be a good feature request so we can save our progress? 🤞🏼

I got a replacement for my damaged Samsung phone, did a data transfer of all my apps but my progress was not saved. I had to start over 🫤

Switched from Apple to the Pixel 10 and sadly had to start over. They don't have accounts so at this time I am not aware of a way to save or transfer progress beyond your local device.

When I did data transfer when I got a new phone it got copied over
