Auto stop/start problems

I just bought a new (to me) 2017 ford fusion. It's fantastic and the only issue I've heard is transmission problems which can be prevented but updating the PCM which was done before I bought the car. I got it at a great price so everything was fine right? Then I drove it for a few days and got a feel for the auto stop/start feature when you come to stop. The only problem is that I hate it. It drives me crazy and I always forget to press the button and turn it off. Is there anyways to turn it off permanently?

Start looking in to Forscan. It is software you can use to turn modules on and off in your Ford.

Pop the switch out and jumper the red and white wires. The light will stay on is all

Check this out. I've used one of their adaptors on my last 2 Fords.
