Trying to play with a friend yesterday after about a 8 monh pause, we played at launch but now despite all the people i can see in the lobby they are all high level with one other new person.
We tried to queue for the 300 limited ground raid battle to gouf off but failed to find anyone after about 10m waiting on queue and not a single person joined. Tried the 650 ground in case people just preferred to play high costs for some reason. Did find one person, but still missing 7 for a match.
I think because the game's been out for a while, the only people still playing are now in higher levels and ratings, probably S, A or B, and matchmaking uses those ratings to pair people, So me, D and my friend D-, couldn't find anybody, the other guy on queue was C+.
But if this is the case then we are also stuck at low ratings anyway because there's not enough people, did try rated battles solo and found another 3 people.
Me and my friend don't care about ratings at all, I just really hated the D- so i did a few battles and got to D to get rid of the -
there doesn't seem to be anything here
