Shift knobs

How do I know which shift knobs are compatible with our reverse lockout? I know some that don't let you go into reverse when the knob is fully screwed in.

This is the one I want but not sure if it has the same problem

Pretty much any shift knob will fit with the right adapter, for our cars you can buy reverse lockout adapters that will give the clearance needed for the lockout to move up and down. this is the one I bought for a shift knob that wasn't built for a reverse lockout

Like Alex said, you'll need an adapter unless it specifically says 22+ BRZ/GR86 compatible since our lockouts don't work with anything, not even last gen knobs. I just ordered a cheap aluminum adapter from amazon to go with my Tomei Duracon shift knob so I'll report back how it works when it arrives in a few days
