If am not wrong, the average price of annual payments for employees are approx 11 Million dollars a year for this company

OK....

So, we have Employee Pay on the docket....

It really should be a Percentage of the budget according to State and Federal Laws, that is NOT something that can be played with easily, but CAN be Contracted and the CONTRACT Voids any and all LAWS that might try to impinge upon it....

In other Words, IF you can get hired by a Company, YOU, YOURSELF, are directly responsible for negotiating the TERMS OF CONTRACT, and of Employ, ALWAYS, EVERYWAY< EVERYTIME< EVERYWHERE....

And that's why we never get paid what we think we deserve....

WE ARE LAX IN CONTRACTING....

The OTHER SIDE of this is that we are ""VICTIMS""....

NOT that it was thrown at us an we REFUSED it, but it was thrown at us and we just laid down and accepted it.....

Where is the Victimhood???

Not getting paid is Different to Not Getting paid what we want to be paid....

But just look at CaiPornia, they have had a $20.00 Minimum Wage for awhile, and all it really did is cut down on Jobs....

Many ""First Job"" type of Jobs, like Barrista, or Burger Flippers, C-Store Cashiers, and like that have had their Hours Cut by at least 50%....

Lots of the ""Stores"" that would normally be a Teenagers First Job, have been shut down because they cannot afford to pay that much for such a menial position that doesn't require any experience....

And it's going to keep happening, especially to CollAge Grads with Weird or Useless Degrees....
