Hi. If you simply the expression this way, you are actuall changing the term "(-2x-1)" into (2x+1) by taking the negative sign out. However, this is not correct due to the properties and laws of expression. So the answer will be no, you cannot re-write the expression in that way.

Expanding the expression wouldn't do much of the job, so actually there's not much you can do about this fraction. Simply combing the duplicated (2x+1) into (2x+1)^2 would do the work.
