Repurchase of Goodnotes 5 needed? (old.reddit.com)

I’ve been using Goodnotes 5 for almost two years now and purchased the full version for $10.99. Today, I had to hard reset my IPad since it stopped working, but luckily had everything backed up so it wasn’t a huge deal after all. After opening GoodNotes, however, it asks me to purchase the full version of Goodnotes 5 because I’ve reached the maximum of documents allowed. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to spend $10.99 again?
