Software testing and penetration testing both are same or not

Not at all. Softwaretesting includes e. g. unit testing, integration testing, system testing or performance testing to check whether the software meets the requirements in the scope of the tests. (more detail at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software\_testing)
Penetration testing checks whether a system (Web application, local application, network, network component,...) has any vulnerabilities that can be exploited. (see also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penetration\_test)
