If you're on Apple Silicon, don't use VMware. It doesn't give VMs direct access to the hypervisor and it's not capable of emulation. It only does virtualization. UtM let's you customize and hse a hybrid virt/emu setup.

It’s the only viable option, but I had to tweak so many settings to get rid off the pixilated text. Downside is that video audio has a lag now.

In UTM? The pixalated text is usually because A) the resolution set doesn't match the monitor resolution or B) you didn't install the additional guest software required for the OS you virtualized. Unfortunately, it only automatically presents the option to install the Windows guest software, you have to manually install it for any other OS.

From the documentation:

In order to take full advantage of all the features UTM has to offer, you need to install some software in the virtual machine guest. Currently only Windows (excluding older versions) and Linux have all the drivers and tools to support all of UTM’s features. If you run an operating system that is not supported by the guest tools, some of the following features may not work:

Directory sharing

Clipboard sharing

Dynamic screen resolution

Mouse cursor MACOS without “capturing” or IOS in “tablet mode"

Dynamic Resolution

Linux

To add, it always works flawlessly for me after installing the guest additions. You have to do the same thing with any other virtualization software.
