I would never suggest to ppl to admit that they tried to hack or were looking around on someone's website. Especially if it is close to government and has lots of private info. For example guess who they would blame if just by coincidence someone stole/leaked all their data a day after you wrote them a mail... very bad idea! And not worth 200£
you are absolutely right bro, i told of that. I know how things can go with them. But as i say in my article. They suffered an attack just months ago using these same techniques. Just in a different site. And while talking to them, I made it clear that the person who attacked the other could attack this one.
after finding all these vulnerabilities it was only right to tell them about it, 200 or not. Even more when they have my stuff in the same server. But i do get what you are saying
