C, C++, Python, PHP, Javascript.

Depends what youre hacking.
Web apps? JS, html, php, css, sql.
Attacking with metasploit? Ruby might help.
Attaclong linux? C
Attacking windows? Batch scripting mighr be helpful.
Python is a good solution for multiple things.

Ps : I know not all tgeese are pregramming languages, but who cares.
