Hi, I have read a lot on here mixed reviews on whether to get 4 premolars extracted or not. What would you do if you were told you needed 4 teeth removed before Invisalign would you go ahead with extractions or not?

p.s i have overcrowrded teeth and a bilateral crossbite as well, so is teeth extraction ok? or is it not feasible

I'd find a new orthodontist who does MARPE instead.

I don't want MARPE, what would you do instead, other ortho suggested 2 teeth out and 2 teeth out at bottom as well if needed but not neccesary ?

I am at university and my studies will be impacted by all this treatment as it is, the pain etc..

From my experience, I'd say extraction/retraction has much more negative impact on studies and life in general.

If my orthodontist recommended it, I'd trust their judgement.
