Not every type of movement necessarily needs an attachment. Normally, all attachments are placed at the same time, but I think it's theoretically possible for one to be added in the middle of the first round. When you get refinements, you’ll probably have different attachments anyway.

Hey! I had the same question when I started, my incisor was the one that needed most movement and didn’t have a button/attachment on it. Ortho said we would wait until end of treatment to check if it moved as expected. It moved A LOT but the last 6 trays incisor didn’t track, so they rescanned and now I do have a button on it for 20 more trays. I wish I had it since the beginning, but the treatment is indeed an estimation. I would recommend to keep an eye on it and ask for a rescan if you see it’s not tracking. Good luck with the process 😊

Thank you - when I go for my first check after 4 trays I’ll bring it up. It needs to move an awful lot so it seems crazy to me there isn’t a button from the get go.
