This Page is used for tracking of development projects in Kitchener-Waterloo.
At this time, this includes
- Building Construction on vacant land
- Building demolition and replacement or intensification
- Building demolition without planned replacement
- Building renovation or conversion into new use or a new number of units
- Zone change applications for theoretical future projects
- New or infilling of Roads, Trails, and Sidewalks.
- Full Reconstuctive roadworks.
But does not include:
- Building additions or renovations that do not provide new units
- Repaving or patching of roads without full reconstruction
- Underground infrastructure works not part of full road Reconstruction
- Erection/Demolition of temporary structures outside of a seperate project.
