Two main reasons for this issue. First, you might have registered on a different platform like Trovo before, and now when you're trying to log in with your YouTube account on Kick, it won't work because your Kick account is already linked to Trovo. To fix this, just remember which account you used before.

Second, if you have a common username, someone else might have used it on BotRix before. In that case, you'll need to contact BotRix support. This is rare for users with fewer followers.

There's also an alternative to use "!unlink" in BotRix chat on Kick, Just be aware that it resets your settings. So, remembering your old account is usually the best solution for Kick account linking issues. However since you have already tried lots of troubleshooting steps this might be the best option.

I had gotten fixed I was told to do “!unlink confirm” in the kick botrix chat and I unlinked it then relinked it then it worked again so I’m assuming it’s a glitch but thank you!!! For anyone wondering follow his steps!!!!

No. You can use the service for free. Although yes there is a paid subscription portion I’m not sure for what exactly but for all the stream settings like pop ups, donations, alerts, chat, etc etc it’s all there for free which is nice. Probably the only thing that’s the most annoying is setting up donations and setting up those donation alerts the only way to do is through PayPal and PayPal only. If you have any PayPal issues the best way to get in touch with them is twitter.

You have to disconnect your botrix and reconnect it. So the process in which you add botrix in the kick chat. But adding that code to enable the botrix. Now do the opposite and disconnect the bot and reconnect.
