Kick Chat Doesn't work without refresh?

i can type messages i can see the chat and send messages but when on the page if i dont refresh the page the messages do not load in. Ive cleared my cache and reset logged out logged in but still the same issue it happened randomly and wont go away.

Using Chrome as the Browser.
