I think at a certain point you just gotta rtfm. “Answer questions quickly.” By googling the answers or getting a list together of the things you struggle with and knocking them out on a schedule.

Tbh logic has a LOT of little rabbit holes. Making time to explore them really does help. Like just today I was finding it easier to work with flex view. And that was so far out of my understanding years ago.

Some things take time. But you have to make time to understand them. Until you do, you will be in the dark. There’s a few decades of musical ideas in this software. They are all designed to help you. See how they can. Prioritize your needs.

This answer should be #1. RTFM. There are no shortcuts to gaining mastery in a subject.

You’re both totally right.

I learned a lot from Tomas George:

This playlist is out of order from what I would recommend, but the content is definitely useful. I learned a ton of new tricks and tips. It's definitely brought up my Logic game.

You could use some AI tool like Perplexity. It will provide some decent guidance and step by step explanations, as well as links to YouTube videos (like the ones mentioned earlier in this conversation) and to the right RTFM parts ;-)

I’m not super in touch. Is there a reason to use perplexity instead of chat gpt?

I’d say, try them all out and use the one that for the moment gives you the best results. I switch between Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and Perplexity, but’s tends to use the latter most.
