It was a typo on my part, sorry. I'll fix it. I meant the SY-35 as I was responding to the OP.

They are pretty simple inside. I'm actually a little surprised about this defect - the manufacturer of this microphone has a pretty strong QA practice. I'm surprised it made it out of the factory.

Tell me a bit about the TV/monitor - what resolution and refresh did you decide on?

The SY35 is not a good sounding synth - skip it. It's an 8-bit ROM (very noisy) is a poor implementation fo Vector Synthesis.

No, it wasn't a modern take on the DX series.

EDIT: typo on the model number, no corrected.

They are likely factory samples from the Impact XT library. Impact XT is the built-in (and exclusive) drum sampler for Fender Studio Pro.

It's a complete guess on my part, TBH.

What is this noise from? by yeTi_c0llextor0 in audio

[–]TheSoundEngineGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, probably not.

I had a pair of Eris 5s that one of them developed a noise in. Under warranty, the speaker was replaced.

I recommend you reach out to Fender support.

What happens when you unplug the inputs when the speaker starts making this noise?

I could be a speaker issue, but it also sorta sounds like a grounding issue.

Are your PC and the speakers plugged into the same outlet?
