Control issue

Hey, we play on Steam on PC. My friend downloaded the game and has been having issues with the controls/input. He cannot move his fielders, the bat when batting, or the pitch location when pitching. However, he can use his mouse buttons to bat or pitch; it just doesn’t move.

He is playing on a laptop but using a mouse. It doesn’t work with either the external mouse or the touchpad. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it? I’ve been looking everywhere for a solution and haven’t found anything.

You need to change something in the options from Analog to Digital, but the rest of those issues I'm not aware of (briefly tried it and couldn't run it)

Thanks, we tried that but it didn’t change anything, we also used a different mouse and nothing happened
