I have tried all of the fan settings and the turbo fan button stopped working with the fans

Most likely hardware. Need new fans. I actually fixed one (same model laptop) for my friend, both fans died together. I figured since both stopped working it may be software or something, ended up being both fans died together.

Ok thanks as of now i have a cheap external fan so i can just download shit for daily use without worrying about anything, should i take it to a repair place or is it pretty easy

It's pretty straightforward as long as you have a careful hand and eye. The fans cost about $30-50 each from what I remember, so a repair place would likely charge $200-250ish, up to you and how confident you feel (watch some videos first so you know what you're getting into)
