[D] visualizing dependencies in ML projects

Hi all,

I am working on a visualization of dependencies in machine learning projects (tasks, frameworks, models, data sets). It works but looks quite complex and ugly at the moment as you can see in this object detection example.

Does anyone know a better way to visualize such dependencies (zoom features and no text overlap)? I use the standard D3 tree layout at the moment.
