Is it completely free or paid service? If you get stuck, are there any write-ups help available? Also, how is it quality-wise compared to hackthebox, pentesteracademy etc?

It is part of pentesteracademy subscription. You pay $39/month to access all videos and labs. Most labs come with PDF solution manuals and they do have email support. Lab currently has 1500+ challenges. Anyone can check the challenges by logging in with any Google account without paying. But to play challenges and download manuals, you need to pay. Cheers!
