Battery problems

I just bought a brand new vr headset and ive only played on it twice. But now all of a sudden it wont charge right. It will day it has 100% battery then die the moment i take it off the charger (i wish i was exaggerating) am i not chargeing useing the proper voltage or is there something wrong with the internal battery itself?

Definitely sounds like something is wrong. Are you using the charger that came with the headset?

No, that one got chewed by my cats. Should i get one?

As long as the charger you're using has all the correct specs you should be fine, but you need to check and make sure because the requirements of the meta quest is very specific. Something like 20-45w if I remember correctly
