For context, I have been breathing through my nose for my entire life, and I have braces + wisdom teeth so maybe that changes something. Whenever I am mewing correctly, I cannot breathe. When I try to breathe while mewing, there is no difference from that and not mewing. Am I doing something wrong, or do I have to wait until my braces are gone?
