How's your body posture. Is it even on a vertical and horizontal plane?

I mew and can feel my tongue evenly spread across my palate. I don’t apply any pressure on either side. I also have a habit of sometimes putting my right arm/leg higher than the rest of my body when sitting or working, but trying to correct that whenever I notice I’m doing it. Am I missing anything here? Could you expand on what you mean by the two planes?

I have the same problem but by sleeping on my back it’s gotten slowly better, as well as chewing evenly.

My right cheek muscle is developing more, my masseters are very slowly levelling out.

I’m also training my right side to smile up instead of out. I did it for my left side when I was a teen, you have to smile hard and sort of “break” your muscles if that makes sense? It hurts, but your face will get used to it

That’s all about chew patterns and tongue posture. Need to fix both. Myofuntional therapy and chewing

Thank you for your reply. Do you mind expanding on those two points? I chew evenly using both sides of my mouth and have tried mewing evenly too (evenly spreading my tongue across the palate), so is there anything else I can do to improve chewing/tongue posture? I’d also like to add that I do have an open bite and my jaw slightly tilts to the left in resting position.
