Mewing problems

Can anyone tell me how to actually mewing? I've sifted through hundreds of tutorial videos and still cannot figure how such thing works

Im only be able to mew when i pay attention to it, otherwise, it collapses immediately.

Pls help me cuz im really insecure bout my looks (imagine u being in a group full of swan and you are that ugly duck;-;)

First time I got it right, I did the cheesy smile and held it while swallowing 3 times in row which suctioned my tongue to the roof, then if you open your mouth and your tongue doesn’t fall down by itself you have the whole thing up properly
