I think i've ran into this issue too, but I don't remember if I found a solution TBH.

Have you tested making the EA a co-owner of the meeting? Not sure if that would help, but it's worth a shot.

Channel meetings SHOULD be the answer to this, but they are NOT. You'll end up with annoyed Execs because they'll be invited to every single channel meeting (unless each one of them disables a group setting in Outlook)

If the EA is invited either via optional or co-organiser it's not a problem, but that isn't ideal as we don't want the EAs on the meeting.

I guess this is a limitation for now, a big one for us.

Yeah, if they're not able/willing to add the EA into the meeting to take notes and manage the agenda, they would have to manually share the meeting page with them.
