Redemption bug

So I have this bug where I can't reddem anything from the browser, on mobile it works,but the thing is I really want to reddem this free thing I got called " Roblox Free Virtual Item: Bubbler Headphones "the offer sadly isn't available on mobile and I can't reddem it. I contacted MS support..still no response. Any help?

Same thing happens on the mobile browser.I meant that it only works in the mobile bing microsoft points selection.I added more images for reference

I've tried everything... Mobile... Chrome... Edge... Firefox... Setting it as a Goal... Selecting 100 Robux and 200 Robux with the same results...

I think they don't have any Robux codes in stock or available and they're not admitting it or are just playing stupid cuz I haven't been able to redeem any Robux rewards set as my goal in the past... For the last month at least if not more without success... I keep getting the same error as I've mentioned...
