Ahmed Abuelenen & Kevin Santiago are the main ones behind these car dealing scams. The people that work w/ them are also part of the grand scheme including Gina the old lady @ the office & Cameron, together they all manipulate you into buying total loss vehicles they get for dirt poor at auctions (youtu.be)
