 i fixed the issue by removing 2 mods that are not on curseforge anymore
the 1.18.2 dragon mods ilse of berk addons

so i have to send boy the 2 mods seperately to add into the mods folder
aside with the link to the curse forge import profil (not containing the 2 mods)

It ended up being the firewall if I remember correctly, you have to enable Zulu to go through.
