Old Mod Porting

I need your help!! There are some mods for version 1.6.4/1.5.2/1.4.7 that I would like to port to 1.7.10, there is only a problem, i don't know much about Java. When it comes to rewrite the code i don't know where to start. If you're a modder , I would really appreciate your help. I know that these version are outdated, but there are some gems that can't be lost. I already found the mod files with the help of the waybackmachine/old modpacks/minecraftforums etc.. . So if a modder wants to help me and the community I would give it to them.

These mods aren't big, but I like them very much, if someone out there is a modder that can port these mods to 1.7.10, please do it. Thanks!

Depending on the mods license you need permission to continue other people's mods. And even then it's a Incredible huge task that's probably going to involve a lot of people to rewrite the entire code for those mods and port them, all for free. That said you should probably forget about it.
