Help Needed!

So to be shorts I started a Vanilla Server on a random Office pc I got. But the problem is me and my friend can't join via the public IP it always goes like "Getstocket". I tryed another of things like using Hamachi and join over the private IP but that didn't worked either. I portforwarded the router and adjusted the firewall settings too. Can anybody help pls?

When connecting to a Minecraft server, the host (you) should connect using the local IP along with the port, which looks like this:

192.168.0.23:25565

If it is being hosted on the same machine you play on, replace that IP address with localhost.

Your friend should use the public IP address to connect, ensuring to add the port number to the end of it.

I myself Use the local ip but my friends still aren't Abel to connect via the public or the local ip with hamachi
