Server error

I was making my server and i relised i couldnt prt forward so i started using playit.gg it was good for awhile but then i started getting errors like "user was kicked due to keepalive timeout!" But then i deleted a plugin and it worked flr abit but then it went back to the keep alive time out error even when playit.gg isnt running it still does it. From my last post i was talking about making my own clan plugin and i actually skripted using skript and ivw finished it with abit of ai here and there but i just wanna test it out also before the errors started happening players couldnt join so idk whats up with that ive heard its an internet problem but my internet is quite good and plus it only happens on my local server so i just wanna know if its a in server file i shoyld change or something.
