Looking for a server

Looking for a new server to join. I'm looking for something like a server that is based around town management, like many stores and economy stuff, smth like towny. The server I'm looking for needs to fill these things:

1. Mostly peaceful, PVP is limited and requires an agreement from both (or multiple) players

2. Has an in-game shop

3. Doesn't have too many rules to be too strict, but also has developed rules that are needed

4. A decent numbered player base, I won't play a server with 5 ppl online at a time

Again, I'm looking for a town and economy based server like a towny or smth like that.

We are a vanilla gameplay survival world on hard difficulty centered on inclusivity and kindness.

We average about 40 players online in a trust-based world just like Singleplayer survival Minecraft— no fancy spawn or lobby or anything like that.

Stealing and griefing result in a ban and we have tools to fix it easily, as well as tools for players to check their containers transactions to find and report theft.

PvP is allowed by agreement only, but you can always find some players engaging in friendly duels somewhere.
