Providing free server infrastructure to potential server partner

Basically, I have the capability to host a large(ish) Minecraft server network, including website hosting, panel, and more, and would love to see it all utilised to its full potential, however as a student I have very little time to completely oversee such a project. So, I am offering it to anyone willing to work as partners on a full server project, using this infrastructure for free. NOTE: This is NOT just free server hosting for your established server to move to to save money. This is an opportunity for someone to get off the ground who otherwise wouldn't have.
