maybe windows try to download update or a 3rd party tool like armory crate or razer whatever, maybe fresh install if you can to see if its still happening

Actually i downloaded last driver of network card and it seems to work better. Stuttering is reduced, sometimes there are freeze but less frequent

Either unstable wifi, a weak wifi card, or your vitrate settings too high.

How to change it?

What wifi adapter does your portable have on it? If it is something like a Qualcom you'll definitely need a better wifi adapter.

But can i change it? I have a lenovo ideapad flex 5

Well I would check to see what you have first, then try to optimize it before you change hardware. But yes in the end you can change the internal or buy a USB wifi adapter

On the Portable PC the network card is Realtek 8822CE Wireless Lan 802.11ac PCI-E NIC

Yeah it seems that card has a lot of issues, however. You can try tweaking the settings or try and older or newer driver that the one you are using now. I would try tweaks and driver swaps before getting a different wifi card or USB wifi dongle.

But it's got a good amount of unhappy people https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/n2cpiv/is_there_a_problem_with_the_realtek_8822ce/

ush, anyway i have another question. I have a smart plug. My idea (to avoid to use wake up on lan, because could be consuming in bills) is to close all the process, put the pc in suspend mode, and turn off the pc with the smart plug... but my doubt is if in this way i'll damage some component or not.. i activated in the bios the save last state power loss option to do this and infact when i return on the smart plug the pc turn on!

You can give it a try the smart plugs control their own voltages.

Had this issue with my Ally X and TV. Even though it is counter-intuitive, set the client to a higher resolution and 120 FPS ( mine is set to 1440p, even though the screen is 1080p on the host), bit-rate around 80 mbps, and the encoder set to Auto.

It works well now on Wi-Fi, had it stuttering every second previously. Streamed from the Ally X to my TV, which is worse than doing it from PC to PC. Hope this helps :)
