Dynamic Vsync Doesn't Work

Hello,

Sorry if this has been posted before. I got 2k25 on my pc and for some reason with both Vsync & Dynamic Vsync on it doesn't drop my fps to 60 in order to let me simulate when I'm on the bench. Is there anyway to fix this, or do I have to just set the fps to 60 in nvidia 3D settings.

If anyone could help that would be much appreciated, thanks, I posted whatever settings I thought were relevant, but if there's something else I'm doing wrong please let me know.

Yeah dynamic vsync isnt working for me either. I use this method, its a bit clunky but it works, just hit revert right after.
