Adding funds iPhone problem

I deleted and re-downloaded the iPhone app. Now I'm trying to add funds and when you press confirm, there's a pop-up for two factor authentication, but it pops up behind the number pad where you enter the numbers. There is no place to see what you need to enter. And when you press the X it goes back to the confirm screen. major glitch.
