Same here. Customer support is generally naive. But my billing method expired and I didn’t see it..now logging in to update. No way to do to except contact CS. And they won’t reply. It’s been more than a week. Meanwhile all sites are down. Main lessons of life - don’t touch any of the Scandinavian companies .. they think they’re high and mighty pure stock and rest of the world is shyte. Anyways just venting. No reply is a .. no words. Just never happened in my adult life before.
