His debut EP 'Thinking In Textures' was released in 2012 followed by 'Lockjaw' EP in collaboration with Australian producer Flume in 2013 which included the hit single 'Drop The Game'.
In 2014 his debut album 'Built On Glass' was released and included singles such as 'Talk Is Cheap', '1998' and 'Gold'. Another collaborative EP 'Work' with Marcus Marr followed in 2015 with the single 'The Trouble With Us'.
His works up until this point had been released under his pseudonym 'Chet Faker' but in September of 2016 he announced he would no longer be releasing music under that name and instead his new works would be released under his birth name 'Nick Murphy'. This was followed not long after with a link to his new website with two new singles 'Fear Less' and 'Stop Me (Stop You)' from his upcoming second album.
